Court Date Set For Jury Trial
In the case of the STATE OF FLORIDA vs. MARTIN, RANDY PHILLIP 11002483CFMA a preliminary date for a jury trial before Judge Fensome has been set for 8:30 a.m. on 11/28/2011. It is unlikely to proceed at that time for several reasons, one being that there are 10 trials set for Judge Fensome that day/time and the charges are so dubious that once Prosecutor Tracy Smith reviews the file I doubt the State will proceed.
