BAW Owners DO PAY TAXES for their Beach
The Bay County Property Appraiser says that the Bid-A-Wee owners DO pay taxes on the beach, but it is distributed and incorporated among the tax bills of the 600+ owners and does not show as an individual tax.
The BAW owners are simply taxed at a higher amount than that of owners in subdivisions without a dedicated beach.
